The
Pacific Queen hear her roar
High
above the seagulls soar,
Deep
in her womb secrets she stores
Yet
she releases her treasures ashore
Many
dreams she has swallowed, deep in her swells
Tales
from the past of yet we still tell
She
can be calm, gentle and serene
But
she has a temper as many have seen
Her
heart beats strong in her ongoing tides
She
stretches her arms, both long and wide
A
mother to creatures, both big and small
Her
crashing waves a beckoning call
A
majestic beauty, a powerful force
Her
nonstop movement, a needful source
Source
of life for the many she enfolds
A
wonder of nature for all to behold
Days
will fade, nights shall pass
May
the Pacific Queens murmurs, always last
Through
winter, summer, fall and spring,
For
all to hear the songs she sings
